Concert Hybrid DVR / NVR software for the Medius and Firmus Boxer-S Series is a powerful PC based Recording Management solution available in 4 to 64 channels of which 32 can be from our H.264 IP encoders with or without HDDs and our H.264 IP cameras. Medius Series Platforms are offered in 60 different configurations from PC Tower to Rack mount with and without internal or external RAID storage. Features
Video Capability
Concert DVR Software is capable of 4 to 64 channels of video capture (Dependent on hardware configuration) using the industries Newest and highest quality video codec, H.264. All channels are offered with perfectly synchronized audio and video. Recording resolutions are 4CIF (D1), DCIF and CIF per channel with recording speeds of 1 to 30 fps per channel. Maximum system record speed is 1920fps with 64 channels.
Remote viewing
All Concert DVR (Medius and Firmus) models are 100% compatible with the Concert NVR Client software. Concert NVR Client software is provided for free with no licensing or activation required with Concert DVR systems. All concert DVR models include an Internet Explorer web server for remote viewing, playback and recording via Internet Explorer.
Training
Training is simplified with WECU Surveillance.com’s Concert Hybrid DVR / NVR software. Concert DVR software is used on 64 of WECU Surveillance’s H.264 PC based DVR models.
Intuitive
Despite the infinite expandability of this platform, it is easy to learn and operate. Typical users are comfortable operating the systems basic functions with as little as 30 minutes training.
Record settings
Record trigger setting are specific to each channel and can vary on each channel every 30 minutes. Recording frame rate can be configured to change on Alarm. Recording frame rate can be set to 1 to 30 fps with no alarm and 1 to 30 fps on alarm. This enables 24/7 recording at slower frame rates and increase frame rate on alarm. This conserves hard drive space and meets US government regulation for 24/7 recording for some applications. Available 60 second Pre and Post alarm recording.
Concert DVR software provides a broad range of recording settings:

Concert DVR enables Synchronized multiple video (16) channel playback. Playback previously recorded video starting from the same time. Playback speeds of 1/8, 1/4th, 1/2, 1, 2x, 4x, 8x. Capture a still image right from the playback. Image editing functions included.
Video Matrix
Composite Video matrix output capable, display live or playback video on Composite monitors of any size.
Backup and Burning
Simple built-in back-up and burning tools. Create video clips of any length, save to local or network Hard Disk Drives. Easily Back-up video by time and/or view video back-ups by time. Burn videos to removable media, (CD or DVD) with built-in burning software. Video player automatically burned to removable media with video clips for simple viewing on any PC.
Still images
Capture still images from live video or from playback video. Concert DVR software manages captured images and allows: Still image editing for better clarity, saving to local or network Hard Disk Drives, or printing.
Pentaplex
The Concert DVR software provide real-time recording, playback, live viewing, archiving and transmitting video and/or audio over LAN, WAN, WLAN or PSTN networks to the Concert NVR Client software or Internet Explorer all at the same time.
PTZ Control
PTZ Camera Control is fully integrated in the Concert DVR software. Functions include: Zoom, Focus, Iris adjustment, Speed Dome presets, wiper control, and relay control.
Remote Configuration
The Concert DVR software can be remotely configured through the Concert NVR Client software provided the authorized user name and password are entered. Remote configuration simplifies the management of WECU Surveillance.coms H.264 systems.
Logs
The Concert DVR software keeps a local log of system activity.
Standards Based
Concert DVR software runs on industry standard Windows based computer platforms. All internal and external storage methods can be utilized to accommodate the user storage needs. This includes Internal or External RAID, IDE, SATA, SCSI, etc storage options.
Internet Explorer Client
The Concert NVR Client software has a built-in Internet Explorer Web server for simple remote connection for viewing, search and even remote recording.
Smart Search
Smart Search allows the user to select a portion of the camera field of view and extremely quickly play the 3 seconds before and 3 seconds after motion was detected in the selected area. This advanced function significantly lowers search times for all incidents.
Remote Viewing Manipulation
The Concert Hybrid DVR/NVR software an be manipulated through the Concert NVR client by right clicking on a particular camera to adjust Full Screen Display, Image Quality, Frame Rate and Resolution on a temporary and per camera basis without effecting the current settings within the DVR itself and without rebooting the DVR for the settings to take effect. If permanent settings are required, login to the DVR change the setting and reboot the DVR.
